We developed a freestanding Ulta and a freestanding Kirkland’s on adjacent parcels located across North Highland Drive from Turtle Creek Mall in Jonesboro, Arkansas. The customer profile for each of these retailers are very similar and the combination of the two created good synergy. Upon completion, each property was sold to a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust.
