We developed a freestanding Panera Bread, Starbucks, and two small Shopping Centers on Nashville Pike in Gallatin, Tennessee. The shopping centers are primarily leased to national and regional tenants. All four properties were sold, once developed, to either individual investors or local investment groups. The buyers utilized the properties to facilitate 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges.
